All orders are handmade and delivered locally in one of 9 facilities in the USA, Canada, UK, Spain, and Australia.

This means you won’t pay any import duties for orders within the USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia.

All other international orders will be shipped from one of these facilities (nearest your location).

We partner with major carriers worldwide; depending on where you are, your order may be shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your local postal authority.

Shipping times are approximate and depend on where your country is located, your postal office, and customs practices.

Customs & Duties

All orders within the USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia are not subject to customs, thanks to our local production facility.

Orders outside these countries may be subject to customs depending on your country’s regulations.

Track Your Shipment

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

Cancellation

You may cancel or amend your order within 12 hours of purchase if you’re experiencing immediate buyer remorse.

Beyond that, your canvas has been processed and we can no longer edit your order.

We offer 30-Day Guarantee against manufacturing defects and shipment damages.

Damaged and Wrong Product Issues

Have you received a damaged product?

Please follow these instructions and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Send photos of:

• Photos of the damage
• Photo of the entire print
• Photo of package label,text/barcode must be legible
• Photo of packaging inside (bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the inside of the cardboard box where you can see the buffer that has been made)
• Photo of the outside of the package, preferably a close-up of any damage to the package. Note: There is not necessarily visible damage to the package even if there is transport damage.
  

We need photos in good resolution. Feel free to send them in full or large size.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange then return shipping charges are your responsibility.

Exceptions (Custom Artwork)

Custom artwork (made as per the customer’s request) is not eligible for return.
