Our furniture fulfillment warehouse is in California (USA), New Jersey (USA), France, Belgium, Germany, and Czech Republic. These covers USA and EU shipments.

Our wall art studio and warehouse is located in USA, Canada, UK, Spain, and Australia.

How can I check the status of my order?

How can I cancel my order?

You have 12 hours after placing an order to request for cancellation. Beyond that, your order has been processed and cannot be canceled. Please note that the sale and gift card that has been used might not be available by the time of your next purchase. You can send an email to hello@luxuriancedesigns.com to process your cancellation.

What should I do if I receive a faulty artwork?

We're truly sorry to hear about the trouble with your order! If your package arrives looking damaged, please take a moment to inspect the product inside. Should you find any damage, feel free to refuse the delivery right then and there.

Just drop us a line at hello@luxuriancedesigns.com using the email you ordered with. Attach some photos of both the damaged artwork and the box it came in. This way, we can quickly jump into action and sort this out for you.

What happens if my package is missing some of the artwork I ordered?

We are sorry that you received an incomplete order! Please contact us from the e-mail address used to place your order and send us some photos of the items received so that we can help. Please make sure you mention in your message if the box was damaged.

What happens if my package is marked as signed but I didn’t receive it?

We are sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your package! Please contact us from the e-mail address used to place your order so that we can contact the shipping company on your behalf to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What happens if I received the wrong item?

We are sorry to hear that you’ve received wrong item. Please contact us here from the e-mail address used for your order and send the photos of the items received so that we will be able to help you.

What happens if I didn’t receive my order?

What is the estimated time of delivery?

The delivery time depends on processing time and shipping time.

Processing time is 2 to 4 days. Shipping time is 1 to 3 days.

On average, the total delivery time is 5 to 7 days.

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping to the USA and Canada for orders above $149. Otherwise, $6.95 for standard shipping.

For international orders, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. For more info, check out our shipping policy page.

What shipping companies do you use?

We partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Do you deliver to PO BOX, APO, FPO, DPO, mail box addresses?

At the moment, we can’t deliver to PO BOX, APO, FPO, DPO, and mailbox addresses.

How can I change my shipping address?

You have a maximum of 12 hours after placing an order to change your shipping address. Beyond that, we can no longer edit your order as it has been processed.

Do you have an expedited shipping option at an additional fee?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently provide the option to pay extra for expedited delivery. However, rest assured that we’re working around the clock to ship all the packages in a timely manner, and remember: our furniture and artworks are worth waiting for.
